It is a cool and comfy property located in NoMa district so close to several great restaurants as well as a Harris Teeter and CVS, the Capitol and the Metro and other super walkable areas. The location is marvellous, very close to Downtown.

This is a hip new clean hotel providing well-organised and stylish rooms. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with shampoo and the iPad and body lotion and care about everyone. The staff are decent and I loved their attitude.

Solo traveler's mixed experience

Loved the room layout, fab comfy bed and super nice toiletries. The shower. Ah man, really very nice with a waterfall shower head. Reminded me of luxury you know?

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still within acceptable limits.

The stay was enjoyable, particularly due to the modern design and comfortable layout of the room, which was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. The easy access to transportation. Despite a few minor challenges with room size, I found everything else more than satisfactory.

Compact room makes it hard to move around. Great vibe in the lobby with lots of unique decor. Self-check-in is smooth and convenient.

I loved the phenomenal butter popcorn from the bar and the delicious buffet breakfast offered each morning. The leisure room was a great spot to chill and unwind with friends after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the bathroom design could use a little work for more privacy, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🍿

easy access to parks and national landmarks

I enjoyed my stay, especially the short walk to the National Mall where I could stroll through beautiful park views and take in iconic sites like the Washington Monument and the Smithsonian museums, almost 2 km away and made for fantastic weekend excursions.

would love to return

The room had an iPad for controlling the lights and TV, super cool and convenient. The King Room included a private bathroom with a rainfall shower, tv, and mini fridge. The fitness center had everything you need for a good workout. Location was great, within walking distance to the metro.

The location is fantastic! It's a quick walk to the NoMa train station. Plus, the smart room features were really excellent, and my boyfriend and I loved how modern everything felt.

In my wife's opinion, the beds could be softer.
